Palantir Foundry Developer

Job Overview:

• We are looking for an experienced Palantir Foundry Developer with 5 to 7 years of expertise in crafting, developing, and overseeing data solutions utilizing the Palantir Foundry platform.
• The successful candidate should have a robust foundation in data engineering, along with a proven track record in constructing data pipelines, data models, analytics applications, and operational workflows.
• This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, data architects, and engineering teams to create scalable, high-quality data products and insightful analytics.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data integration and transformation pipelines utilizing the Palantir Foundry platform.
• Construct and manage Ontology models, data workflows, and operational applications within the Foundry environment.
• Create reusable data assets, data products, and business applications to facilitate analytics and informed decision-making.
• Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements and convert business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Establish data quality checks, monitoring, and governance standards across data pipelines.
• Enhance pipeline performance and resolve any data processing challenges.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, architects, and business teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Assist in the deployment, testing, and maintenance of solutions based on Foundry.
• Produce technical documentation, process workflows, and materials for knowledge sharing.
• Adhere to Agile development methodologies and take part in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Technical Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with the Palantir Foundry platform.
• Solid understanding of Data Pipeline development and Data Modeling techniques.
• Experience with Foundry Ontology, Code Repositories, Workshop, and Pipeline Builder.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages.
• Familiarity with ETL and ELT processes, as well as large-scale data transformation.
• Knowledge of data governance, data lineage, and data quality principles.
• Experience working with REST APIs and integrating external data sources.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
