Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Package Consultant, you will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce CRM solutions, leveraging LWC and integration experience. You will support clients through the full lifecycle—from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption—using your expertise across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Design and Implement Solutions: Create customer-specific solutions based on an understanding of clients’ business needs, challenges, and how to leverage Salesforce’s broad product capabilities.
• Execute System Testing: Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and change management to support successful implementation and long-term user adoption.
• Deliver Client-Facing Support: Provide authoritative guidance to clients throughout the engagement, spanning business analysis, system configuration, and user adoption.
• Apply Methodologies: Use Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to maintain a smooth, well-managed software development lifecycle.
• Develop Training Programs: Build training programs to enable effective user adoption and sustained long-term usage of the delivered solutions.

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Salesforce CRM Solutions Exposure: Experience with Salesforce CRM solutions, including designing, implementing, and supporting solutions with LWC and integration experience.
• Agile Methodologies Application: Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to apply them to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle.
• System Testing Execution: Experience carrying out system testing, user acceptance testing, and change management to help ensure successful implementation and long-term user adoption.
• Business Analysis Understanding: Exposure to business analysis, with the ability to understand clients’ unique challenges and develop tailored solutions aligned to clients’ business needs.
• Software Development Lifecycle Management: Experience working within a software development lifecycle, with the ability to apply methodologies to support smooth delivery.

• Integration Experience: Exposure to integrating Salesforce CRM solutions with other systems, strengthening capability to design and implement complete end-to-end solutions.
• Advanced LWC Knowledge: Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), supporting development of tailored, high-performing Salesforce solutions.
• Waterfall Methodology Familiarity: Exposure to Waterfall methodology, enabling effective application to support a smooth software development lifecycle.
