Outsystems Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, create, and maintain enterprise-level web applications utilizing OutSystems 11 / OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
• Develop secure, scalable, and reusable solutions in OutSystems, including Reactive Web Apps, service modules, APIs, and integrations.
• Enhance and develop applications that facilitate legal document automation, document bundling, productivity enhancement tools, and AI/LLM applications, incorporating AWS Bedrock integrations.
• Integrate OutSystems with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, enterprise databases, AWS services, and internal systems through REST APIs and secure authentication mechanisms.
• Assist with the migration from O11 to ODC, encompassing application assessment, remediation, testing, and deployment processes.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot application issues, and manage application releases along with platform environments.
• Conduct technical evaluations, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with vendors and implementation partners.
• Ensure that solutions comply with security, IM8, architectural, accessibility, audit logging, and data governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering.
• 5+ years of direct OutSystems development experience, ideally with OutSystems 11 and/or ODC.
• Extensive experience with Reactive Web Apps, Server/Client Actions, REST APIs, integrations, SQL, security, and reusable components.
• Familiarity with OutSystems Service Center, LifeTime, deployment, CI/CD processes, and DevSecOps practices.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise low-code applications while collaborating with Agile/Product teams, architects, and implementation partners.
• Experience with AI/LLM, AWS Bedrock, or solutions related to legal/document management is a plus.
• OutSystems Associate Reactive Developer certification or equivalent practical experience is mandatory. Professional Developer / Tech Lead certification is preferable.
