SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES FOR HR Recruitment Partner

Category A

In Category A, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will source vacancies from esteemed Corporates [from any location within the country/abroad], for Recruitment and/or HR Outsourcing. Upon securing the vacancies, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will identify suitable candidates that align with the client's requirements. Neugene will provide access to a comprehensive databank of candidates to facilitate sourcing the ideal candidates.

Category B

In Category B, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will receive vacancies directly from Neugene for its clients. The main responsibilities will include screening appropriate candidates for the vacancies provided by Neugene. After screening, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will submit candidate profiles for client short-listing. Once candidates are short-listed, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will arrange interviews according to the client's schedule.
