BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES OF HR Recruitment Partner

Category A

In Category A, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will identify vacancies from reputable Corporates [from any location in the country or overseas] for Recruitment and/or HR Outsourcing. Upon receiving the vacancies, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will source suitable candidates according to the client's requirements. Neugene will provide access to a comprehensive database of candidates to facilitate finding the right match.

Category B

Under Category B, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will receive vacancies directly from Neugene for its clients. The key duties will include screening suitable candidates for vacancies received from Neugene's clientele. After screening, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will submit the candidates' profiles for client short-listing. Once candidates are shortlisted, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will coordinate interviews based on the client's schedule.
