Category A

In Category A, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will source vacancies from esteemed Corporates [from any location in the country or abroad] for Recruitment and/or HR Outsourcing. Upon receiving these vacancies, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will identify suitable candidates in accordance with the client's specifications. Neugene will provide access to a comprehensive databank of candidates to assist in sourcing the right talent.

Category B

In Category B, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will receive vacancies directly from Neugene for its clients. Key responsibilities will include screening candidates for the vacancies provided by Neugene. After the screening process, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will submit the candidates' profiles for client short-listing. Once candidates are shortlisted, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will arrange interviews as per the client's schedule.
