BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES OF HR Recruiting Partner

Category A

In Category A, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will source vacancies from reputable Corporations [from any location in the country/Overseas] for Recruitment and/or HR Outsourcing. Upon obtaining the vacancies, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will identify suitable candidates according to the client’s specifications. Neugene will provide access to a comprehensive databank of candidates to facilitate the sourcing of appropriate talent.

Category B

In Category B, the HR Recruitment Business Partner receives vacancies directly from Neugene for its clientele. The primary responsibilities will include screening candidates for the vacancies received from Neugene’s clients. Following the screening, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will submit candidate profiles for client short-listing. Once candidates are shortlisted, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will coordinate interviews based on the client’s schedule.
