About the Position

Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, engaging with property owners, negotiating lease terms, and managing legal paperwork. Primary Responsibilities

• Perform market research to discover potential leasing locations using various sources, including brokers and referrals.
• Engage with developers, landlords, and property owners to assess Return on Investment and negotiate commercial terms effectively.
• Handle the legal documentation associated with lease activities, including reviewing, drafting, and finalizing contracts.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, while maintaining a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Oversee and effectively manage retail and commercial leasing operations.

Essential Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Retail or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in leasing and real estate.
• Established history in business development and leasing operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in both retail and commercial leasing.
• Familiarity with real estate market dynamics and legal requirements.
