About The Role

Ascendion is seeking a NOC Monitoring Engineer to join our team. In this position, you will monitor tools including Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, PRTG, or Splunk.

Minimum Qualifications

• We are looking for a detail-oriented NOC Monitoring Engineer to monitor IT infrastructure, network systems, applications, and services to ensure availability and smooth operations.
• IT Infrastructure & Network Monitoring
• Incident Management & Troubleshooting
• NOC Operations & Stakeholder Management
• asic networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Server and application monitoring.
• ITSM tools: ServiceNow, JIRA.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and SLA management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
