Key Responsibilities:

- In your role within the Infosys delivery team, you will primarily engage with clients to resolve quality assurance issues and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- You will gather requirements, create and evaluate designs, validate architecture, and maintain high service standards for our clients in the technology sector
- Your involvement will include project estimation, providing insights for solution delivery, conducting technical risk assessments, and reviewing code and unit test plans
- You will mentor and direct your teams in producing optimized, high-quality code deliverables, fostering continuous knowledge management and compliance with organizational standards and processes

Technical Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of network protocols including SDWAN, SDLAN, TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, WLC, WAP, VLANs, and Spanning Tree Protocol
- Network Configuration Management: responsible for configuring and maintaining network devices such as routers, switches, access points, and firewalls in accordance with established standards and best practices
- Network monitoring: proficient in monitoring performance metrics such as bandwidth utilization, latency, and packet loss to detect potential issues and address them proactively
- Troubleshooting abilities: skilled in analyzing network traffic and diagnosing issues using tools such as ping, traceroute, and packet captures
- Wireless Network troubleshooting expertise for Cisco, Aruba, and Juniper environments
- Experience with ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Configuration management
- Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and Cloud Proxy
Additional Responsibilities:
- Skillset in domains such as Network Routing, Switching, Network Security, Applications, Network Load Balancer, F5, Cato Network, and Palo Alto Firewall
