Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and tailor Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to align with business needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to collect and evaluate requirements for CRM implementation.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to end-users for Dynamics CRM features and workflows.
• Track, assess, and improve CRM performance to enhance overall user experience.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor customer engagement and sales performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM or equivalent CRM platforms.
• Solid knowledge of CRM practices and customer lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze data and build reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM modules.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders.
