Job Description

• Project Management/Operations Functional Consultant specializing in D365 Finance & Operations.

• Proven experience with at least 2-3 complete life-cycle implementations utilizing MS Dynamics D365 F&O Project Management / Project Operations Solution.

• Analyze and comprehend client business processes to redesign solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

• Provide functional support for the maintenance and operations of the D365 F&O application.

• Strong knowledge of the D365 F&O - Project Management / Accounting module.

• Responsible for setting up and configuring the 'Project Management' / 'Accounting' modules.

• Oversee the implementation of the 'Project Management' / 'Accounting' modules.

• Familiarity with 'Production Engineering', 'SCM', and 'Trade & Logistics' is a plus.

• Investigate and diagnose issues to identify root causes.

• Lead Fit-Gap analysis and Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions.

• Work collaboratively with business users to understand challenges and provide the most suitable solutions.

• Identify opportunities to enhance solutions by refining interfaces and maximizing Dynamics 365 F&O functionalities.

• Conduct solution testing to ensure business acceptance and accuracy.

• Communicate project tasks and issues effectively to the team in the appropriate forums.

• Offer general usability guidance and prepare reference materials for key or end users.

• Provide detailed reports on utilization and work status.

• Utilize common functionality and implementation tools.

• Configure security settings, processes, and options.

• Assist in data mapping and migration efforts.

• Validate and support the implemented solutions.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and interact with international clients.

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

• Conduct Solution Testing / Unit Testing for business acceptance and accuracy.

• Actively collaborate with all stakeholders to mitigate risks.

• Engage in Master Data validation, cut-over, and Go Live activities.

• Willingness to travel as required.
