Microservices and Node Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as a member of the Infosys Equinox team
• In your role within the Infosys Equinox delivery team, you will be responsible for implementing effective Design Development Validation and Support activities to ensure our clients receive exceptional service in the technology sector
• You will collect and document requirements and specifications to thoroughly understand client needs and convert them into system requirements
• Your contributions will be vital in accurately estimating work requirements, providing essential information to Technology Leads and Project Managers regarding project estimations

• Analyze identified issues
• Review logs and debug issues
• Troubleshoot and triage issues
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for issue resolution
• Ensure service restoration or arrange for remediation
• Initiate bridge calls for major incidents (P1)
• Track issues until resolution
• Work with necessary stakeholders to implement root cause corrective and preventive actions
