Mern Stack Developer with GEN AI

We are hiring a highly skilled Mern Stack Developer with GEN AI capabilities to join our fast-paced team in India. The successful candidate will bring substantial experience building full-stack applications and demonstrate a strong command of how to integrate AI into modern web development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and deliver new features
• Improve application performance for maximum speed and scalability
• Develop clean, maintainable code and perform code reviews
• Apply responsive web design practices to provide an excellent user experience across devices
• Diagnose issues and debug applications to maintain optimal performance
• Engage in Agile development activities and contribute in team meetings

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in software development, with specific expertise in the MERN stack
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Solid knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs
• Experience working with version control systems such as Git
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of database management, including hands-on experience with MongoDB
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
