Job Description

• Lead a team of technical specialists responsible for maintenance and ensuring operational readiness of M&E systems
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmes for essential facilities infrastructure
• Manage mechanical and building services projects from early conceptual design through commissioning and handover
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project targets are met
• Evaluate engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation to confirm compliance and quality
• Supervise on-site activities, track project timelines, and manage safety, quality, and cost performance
• Introduce and drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen system reliability, efficiency, and overall operational performance

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field
• Sound knowledge of Singapore building regulations, fire safety requirements, and relevant engineering standards
• Experience leading mechanical engineering projects in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale facilities settings
• Practical experience with M&E systems, equipment maintenance, and lifecycle management
• Experience supervising contractors, vendors, and technical teams
• Capability to handle multiple projects and concurrent operational priorities
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills
