Job Overview:

• You will work alongside stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance solutions across Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing ERP, and E-commerce platforms.

• Facilitate client workshops to collect requirements and suggest solutions with tangible business advantages.
• Convert business and functional requirements into technical outputs.
• Oversee the complete project lifecycle, encompassing design, build, testing, training, and implementation.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure effective project delivery.
• Provide strategic insights and support practice development.
• Engage in effective communication with stakeholders while managing risks, timelines, and budgets.

• Supply Chain Planning Consultant Kinaxis O9 Duties
• Steer supply chain planning projects in IBP, S&OP, Demand, Inventory, Production Scheduling, and Control Tower.
• Deploy solutions utilizing Kinaxis O9, Blue Yonder, or SAP IBP.
• Lead SCM transformation initiatives integrating AI, ML, and predictive analytics.

• Manufacturing Oracle Consultant Duties
• Implement Oracle Cloud Supply Chain or Oracle R12 modules including Inventory, Purchase, WIP, Order Management, and Finance.
• Conduct workshops and provide solutions for the manufacturing and automotive sectors.

• SAP Hybris Consultant E-commerce Duties
• Advise on Omni Channel Inventory Management, B2C, B2B processes, Payments, and Promotions.
• Oversee the implementation of SaaS e-commerce platforms and manage project execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams to guarantee successful product launches.

Technical Qualifications:

• A
• Supply Chain Planning Consultant Kinaxis O9 Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or Business; MBA is a plus.
• 5 to 15 years of experience in supply chain planning consulting.
• At least 3 full lifecycle implementations using Kinaxis O9 or comparable tools.
• Exceptional analytical and presentation abilities; readiness to travel is essential.

• Manufacturing Oracle Consultant Criteria
• Minimum of 1 implementation experience with Oracle Cloud or R12.
• Understanding of automotive spare parts and warranty processes.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

• SAP Hybris Consultant E-commerce Criteria
• Familiarity with e-commerce processes and SAP Commerce Hybris or equivalent platforms.
• Experience in ERP or large-scale web application deployments.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• PMP certification is preferred along with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
