Responsibilities

• Direct the planning, development, and implementation of business strategies to accelerate growth across the Hi-Tech and Online sectors.
• Manage stakeholder engagement processes to ensure clear communication and strong collaboration across teams.
• Deliver forward-thinking solutions that support business goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and opportunities, and drive appropriate actions.

• Drive ongoing process and methodology improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Track project timelines and performance metrics to support timely delivery of solutions.
• Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings to collect stakeholder requirements and feedback.
• Create, prepare, and present reports and proposals to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with the formulation of marketing and sales strategies to support the promotion of solutions and services.
