Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the CIS team in coordination tasks
• Source and screen candidate profiles as per requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain and update data using MS Excel
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
• Assist in basic QA tasks and documentation
• Ensure smooth execution of recruitment and onboarding processes
