Manager, Clinical Operations

What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing the end-to-end image data operations, including, analysis, quality control and delivery of imaging data.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define imaging protocols and ensure alignment with study objectives.
• Implementing quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of imaging data.
• Training and mentoring team members on imaging best practices and operational procedures.
• Monthly review of study status, risks/mitigations, timelines and quality trends.
• Manage team: Onboarding, Training, Performance management, Mentoring Etc
• Monitoring industry trends and advancements in imaging technology to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Profile:

• Degree in radiology, biomedical sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Significant experience in imaging operations within clinical research or healthcare settings.
• Strong understanding of imaging technologies, data management, and regulatory requirements.
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct line management experience including, performance management
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
