Job description:

1. Undertaking Title Due Diligence and preparation of title reports.

2. Drafting and review of transaction documents.

3. Advising and structuring the acquisition of property, including issues related to stamp duty and registration.

Required Candidate profile:

Should be from Law Graduate

Good drafting skills, having hands-on experience on Title Due Diligence.
