Leasing Operations Executive – Payment (Contract)

We are looking for a Leasing Operations Executive – Payment to support leasing and financial operations for luxury retail boutiques, ensuring timely payments, accurate reconciliations, and smooth month-end financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly rental, utilities and other boutique-related payments.
• Perform landlord account reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Validate variable rental calculations against monthly boutique turnover.
• Create and monitor purchase orders using MyMarket and SAP.
• Follow up on invoice blocks, payment queries and outstanding disbursements.
• Coordinate with landlords, vendors, Finance, Procurement and Retail teams.
• Support monthly accruals and ensure compliance with contractual terms.

Requirements

• Experience in finance operations, accounts payable, payment processing, leasing administration or account reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and/or MyMarket is an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data sorting and tables.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
• Able to manage multiple accounts and meet tight month-end deadlines.
