Job Overview:

Main Responsibilities:

• Create compelling and visually engaging bid presentations, proposal decks, and
• executive pitch materials for significant strategic initiatives
• Produce solution visualizations that transform intricate stakeholder requirements into
• conceptual diagrams, ecosystem maps, and capability showcases that clearly convey
• complex value propositions
• Work alongside pursuit teams, solution architects, and sales leadership to align
• visual storytelling with commercial objectives
• Develop and curate reusable slide libraries, themed templates, and brand-compliant
• assets that streamline future proposals
• Customize each narrative to reflect the client's industry terminology and priorities, steering clear of
• generic template-driven approaches
• Assist in live client presentations and workshops, including on-site facilitation and
• real-time design modifications
• Delivery Excellence and AI Enhancement
• Maintain quality and consistency across all design outputs by enforcing brand standards
• and accessibility guidelines
• Utilize AI-assisted design tools such as Topaz, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, and Claude to
• expedite production while preserving craftsmanship
• Effectively manage multiple simultaneous workstreams, balancing product roadmap

• Qualifications
• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in Experience Design and UX/UI Design

Technical Skills:

• Design and Prototyping: Figma, InVision, Azure RP, Sketch, Blender
• Presentation and Storytelling: PowerPoint, Keynote
• Research and Collaboration: FigJam, Miro, User Testing
