Job Summary

An HR Recruiter plays a key role in locating, engaging, interviewing, and hiring capable candidates for current openings within an organization. Working with hiring managers, they gather and understand role requirements and help ensure the recruitment process operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess hiring requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Publish job openings on job portals, company websites, and social media platforms.
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates who match the requirements.
• Carry out initial HR interviews and assessments.
• Arrange and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and keep recruitment records updated.
• Follow up with candidates about interview outcomes and job offers.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees.
• Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Educational Qualification
