Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium to ensure software quality.
• Partner with development teams to determine test requirements and produce detailed test plans.
• Evaluate test outcomes, detect defects, and coordinate with developers to drive timely resolution.
• Regularly improve testing frameworks and processes to increase efficiency and overall effectiveness.
• Take part in code reviews and share feedback to support testability and uphold quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in BTech, MCA.
• Demonstrated experience in QA Automation with a focus on Selenium.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using Java Selenium to build reliable and scalable automated test scripts.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Proven ability to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
• Capacity to work effectively in an Agile environment and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Experience in performance and load testing is a plus
