Java Full Stack Developer

Role Summary
We are hiring a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, and Databricks. The right candidate will have a strong foundation in Java, demonstrated experience implementing software across the full software development lifecycle, and the ability to effectively use AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and improve code quality.

What You'll Do

In the Java Full Stack Developer role, you will:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise applications using Java 17/21.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices with Spring Boot.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and high-performance code in line with established best practices.
• Support application modernization and cloud readiness efforts.
• Use AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude etc.) to increase development efficiency and code quality.
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and DevOps teams across the SDLC.
• Investigate production issues and drive timely resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Java Fundamentals, including Collections Framework, Multithreading &Concurrency
• Streams & Lambda Expressions, Memory Management &JVM Concepts, Exception Handling
• Design Patterns, Performance Optimization
• Hands-on experience in Java 17 and/or Java 21implementations.
• Strong experience with: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA
• Microservices Architecture & REST API Development
• Experience with Apache Kafka implementation and event-driven architecture.
• Experience working with AI-powered software developmenttools.
• Experience on Databricks workflows
• Experience in AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch)
• Proven end-to-end implementation experience in enterprise applications.
• Strong coding and problem-solving skills using the core Java technology stack
• Ability to independently design, develop, and deliver features.
• Experience working in Agile development teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.

Basic Knowledge of

• Python and Pyspark
• SQL and PL/SQL
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Maven/Gradle, and Agile methodologies.
