Java Full stack AI engineer

Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI-Augmented Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and continuously improve next-generation customer service platforms for the mortgage industry. This role combines modern web development, microservices architecture, and Generative AI to create intelligent, scalable, and secure customer experiences.

You will have the opportunity to work on advanced AI capabilities, including LLMs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Knowledge Engineering, and Advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks, while developing enterprise-grade applications for a global financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build modern, responsive front-end applications using Angular 13-18.
• Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance microservices using Core Java.
• Embed GenAI-powered capabilities into enterprise applications to enhance customer and agent experiences.
• Create and improve RAG-based solutions using structured and unstructured data sources.
• Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations to support context-aware AI interactions across enterprise systems.
• Build and manage knowledge engineering workflows that enable AI-driven customer service experiences.
• Design and refine data models using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
• Maintain platform reliability through observability, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
• Use security best practices to safeguard sensitive customer and mortgage-related data.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring.

Required Experience:

• 8-12 years of software development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular and modern front-end development practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in building microservices using Core Java.
• Experience developing GenAI/LLM-based applications and AI-powered workflows.
• Hands-on experience with RAG implementations and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
