Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment cycle.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on requirements.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Maintain recruitment data and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 to 7 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
• Proficient with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Result-oriented and proactive.
