Role Title: IT Procurement Executive

Location: Singapore

Contract Duration: 12 months & extendable (Extension is subject to project requirements.)

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to manage and improve our end-to-end purchasing lifecycle. In this position, you will own strategic sourcing activities, lead vendor negotiations, manage contracts, and maintain supplier relationships, with SAP as a key tool. If you work well in a fast-moving environment and have demonstrated success in delivering cost savings and operational excellence, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Procurement: Lead direct sourcing, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and ongoing vendor performance tracking.
• SAP Management: Use SAP to create purchase orders, manage contracts, and improve day-to-day operational workflows.
• Vendor Negotiation & Strategy: Manage supplier negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms and drive maximum cost savings.
• Supplier Governance: Monitor performance indicators, manage and resolve delivery/service issues, and strengthen strategic supplier relationships.
• Stakeholder Support & Compliance: Support cross-functional teams with procurement policy guidance, recommended practices, and market trend insights.
• Data Insights: Review purchasing trends to uncover efficiency improvements and identify strategic cost-reduction opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Experience:
• 5+ years in procurement. (IT procurement, healthcare experience, or procurement policy design is a strong plus).
• 4–5 years of practical experience involving IT systems development, implementation, or maintenance.
• System Expertise: Strong working knowledge of SAP (Source-to-Contract and Purchase-to-Order workflows).
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Core Competencies: Demonstrated negotiation ability, analytical skill set, strong interpersonal communication, and capacity to manage multiple projects.
