• Infrastructure Migration Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• A day in the life of an Infoscion
• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role will be to lead engagement delivery by providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers across all stages—from problem definition and diagnosis through solution design, development, and deployment
• You will review proposals prepared by consultants, offer guidance, and analyze the solutions defined to address client business problems, identifying potential risks and issues
• You will determine change Management requirements and propose a structured approach for the client to manage change using multiple communication mechanisms
• You will coach the team and build a clear vision, deliver subject matter training for your focus areas, and motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance
• You will be a key contributor to unit-level and organizational initiatives, with the objective of delivering high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions in alignment with the organization’s guidelines and processes

Technical Requirements:

• Key Requirements Experience
• Lead infrastructure upgrade projects involving managed applications across servers, operating systems, databases, and cloud services
• Lead application migration projects across on premises, private cloud, and public cloud environments
• Lead and manage a team of 7 8 members
• Extensive experience in large-scale application version upgrade projects
• Strong expertise in middleware upgrades including
• o WebLogic
• o WebSphere
• o JBoss
• o Tomcat
• o IIS

Additional Responsibilities:

• Experience driving Windows and Linux OS upgrade programs
• Proven experience in cloud migration and application modernization initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Experience in VMware and Nutanix infrastructure transformation projects
• Database upgrade and migration project experience
• Data center migration and infrastructure consolidation program experience
• Enterprise security remediation and vulnerability management program experience
• CI CD implementation and DevOps transformation initiatives
