Intune Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will play a pivotal part in various stages of projects, encompassing problem identification, effort estimation, diagnostic analysis, solution development, and the design and implementation phases.
• You will investigate alternatives to proposed solutions through extensive research, including literature reviews, publicly available information, vendor assessments, and more.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for developing Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Your tasks will include drafting requirement specifications based on business needs, outlining desired processes, and creating detailed functional designs in accordance with those requirements.
• You will assist in configuring solution requirements within products, diagnosing any issues, determining root causes, seeking necessary clarifications, and identifying potential solution alternatives.
• Moreover, you will participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to our clients.

Technical Requirements:

• Core Skills: Technology Messaging and Collaboration Administration, Office 365 Technology, Mobile Device Management (Intune), Intune Technology, Server Virtualization (Citrix XenServer)

• Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and enhance client deliverables by analyzing and structuring pertinent data.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Demonstrate logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, complemented by a capacity for teamwork.
• Evaluate current processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Possess knowledge in one or two industry domains.
