Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals for the International Voice Process based in Hyderabad. Candidates who possess exceptional English communication skills and a strong dedication to customer service are invited to apply. Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Undergraduate (UG), Graduate, or Postgraduate (PG).
• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcomed to apply.
• Experience Limit: Candidates with a maximum of 3 years of work experience are eligible.
• Communication: Proficient verbal English communication skills are essential.
• Shift Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to work night shifts.
• Work Location: Only candidates residing in Hyderabad will be considered.
• Relocation: Candidates should already be based in Hyderabad and should not require relocation assistance.
• Joining: Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
• Must be willing to work on an 8-month contract.

Salary Package

• Freshers: Up to ₹4.5 LPA CTC.
• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹5 LPA CTC, based on relevant experience and interview outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.
• Deliver professional and effective customer support in English.
• Address customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
• Resolve customer inquiries while upholding high service standards.
• Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction in all interactions.
