Key Responsibilities

• Execute cleaning tasks in designated areas, such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Ensure that all rooms are equipped with essential supplies, including toiletries, towels, and linens.
• Promptly report any maintenance concerns or safety risks to the supervisor.
• Keep track of cleaning supply inventory and notify management of any shortages.
• Adhere to established cleaning and sanitization procedures to meet health and safety standards.
• Assist with laundry services as needed, involving washing, drying, and folding linens and garments.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to guests and promptly address their inquiries.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4-10 years of experience in a housekeeping position, ideally within hotels or large facilities.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage time.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good physical stamina and capability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong communication skills coupled with a friendly attitude.
• Fundamental understanding of safety and sanitation guidelines.
