Hiring Telesale Executive For International Process

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and manage chat interactions with international customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service recommendations.
• Achieve defined sales targets while maintaining a high level of service quality.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM/system.
• Adapt to flexible working hours, including rotational shifts and weekly offs as per business needs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Both Undergraduate & Graduate Can apply.
• 0-3 years of experience in International BPO or Sales Process.
• Strong command over English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage, convince, and close sales deals effectively.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
