Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven HR Recruiter to become part of our team in Malad, specializing in recruitment for International BPO.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment process for International BPO roles.
• Identify and source candidates via job portals, referrals, and various recruitment avenues.
• Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews with candidates.
• Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates until they join.
• Meet recruitment goals and ensure effective closure of positions.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience in BPO recruitment is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a target-oriented recruitment setting.
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
