Description

We’re looking for an experienced Electronics Repair Technician to join our team in India. The right candidate will bring 2-4 years of experience repairing electronic devices and will demonstrate a solid working knowledge of electronic components and repair methods.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic devices to pinpoint problems, defects, and faults.
• Carry out repairs on a range of electronic products, including smartphones, tablets, and computers.
• Replace faulty components and verify that devices are operating correctly after repair.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of repairs and parts used to support inventory management.
• Deliver excellent customer service and update customers on repair progress and status.
• Continuously improve knowledge by staying current with emerging technologies and electronics repair techniques.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in electronics repair or a related field.
• Strong understanding of electronic components and circuitry.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment effectively.
• Experience with soldering and desoldering techniques.
• Knowledge of various electronic devices and their operating systems.
• Capability to read, interpret, and apply information from technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
