Job Description

Partner with client stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into AI/GenAI-based solutions.
Design, build, and deploy Generative AI models using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.).
Create prompt frameworks, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
Integrate AI models into enterprise workflows, APIs, and client applications.
Fine-tune and customize foundation models to support client-specific use cases.
Maintain strong focus on model performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Prepare documentation for solution design and architecture, and conduct knowledge transfer to client/internal teams.
Apply strong programming skills in Python and work with GenAI frameworks, including vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, and FAISS.
Use cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy AI/ML workloads, along with Git/GitHub and CI/CD workflows.
Work closely with business and functional teams using strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
Contribute additional strength through ML Ops practices, data engineering tools (Airflow, DBT, Spark), and Life Sciences/Healthcare applications (preferred).
