Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Functional & Content Testing Engineer to validate digital content, eLearning platforms, and marketing applications. The successful candidate will bring strong functional testing expertise, practical experience with AEM testing, and hands-on automation skills using Java and Selenium.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end functional testing for web applications and content management systems.
• Assess digital content to confirm functionality, consistency, usability, and overall quality.
• Test eLearning and Digital Marketing platforms to ensure a smooth, reliable user experience.
• Run test cases, detect defects, and work closely with development teams to drive fixes.
• Perform regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create, update, and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and supporting test documentation.
• Assist with automation testing efforts using Java and Selenium.
• Join Agile ceremonies and promote quality assurance best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall experience in Software Testing.
• Strong expertise in Functional Testing.
• Working knowledge of Content Testing.
• Experience with eLearning and Digital Marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Selenium.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect management, and Agile methodologies.

• Experience testing content-rich websites and digital experience platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and capability in stakeholder management.
