Full Stack Engineer/ServiceNow HRSD

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and develop solutions utilizing the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Implement and provide support for HR Case Management, Employee Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events modules.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow components through Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Create and maintain HR catalog items, record producers, workflows, and approval processes.
• Establish integrations between ServiceNow and HR applications, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Active Directory, and Payroll systems.
• Build and support REST and SOAP API integrations using IntegrationHub and custom web services.
• Configure role-based access controls while ensuring data privacy and security for HR-related information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, incidents, and enhancement requests.
• Engage in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Work collaboratively with HR stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to implement HR automation initiatives.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold development standards in accordance with ServiceNow best practices.
• Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and regression testing.
• Create technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
