Full Stack Developer

Position Overview

We are in search of an accomplished Senior Full Stack Developer with over 10 years of experience in software development to create, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications for a prominent financial services firm. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in backend, frontend, cloud, and integration technologies, along with a demonstrated history of delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain full-stack enterprise applications utilizing Python and contemporary frontend frameworks.
• Create and maintain scalable REST APIs, backend services, and microservices-based architectures.
• Develop user-friendly and responsive interfaces using React, Vue.js, or equivalent frameworks.
• Design and deploy cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Work collaboratively with architects, business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to produce top-tier solutions.
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems, third-party services, and ITSM platforms.
• Diagnose complex production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement durable solutions.
• Ensure that solutions comply with security, performance, compliance, and operational excellence standards.
• Engage in architecture discussions, code reviews, and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Promote Agile development methodologies and CI/CD-driven delivery practices.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional software development experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering solutions within a large financial services organization.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native application development.
• Robust experience in creating and utilizing REST APIs.
• Experience in designing and managing microservices architectures.
• Expertise in front-end development using React, Vue.js, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
• Exceptional debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Familiarity with Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, or associated AI/ML technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and infrastructure automation.
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns, event-driven architectures, and best practices in cloud security.
