Financial Controller

Responsible for the finalization of accounts and the management of statutory, audit, and compliance issues.

Conduct analysis of store profitability, margin assessments, and evaluations of business performance.

Oversee inventory management, costing strategies, working capital, and cash flow operations.

Enhance ERP systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), and internal control processes.

Ensure punctual payments and the precise filing of statutory obligations, including GST, TDS, ESIC, PF, and LWF.

Operate autonomously, guide the finance team, and serve as a strategic finance advisor to senior management.

Deliver financial insights, pinpoint opportunities for cost reduction, and assist in executive decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Possession of a CA or MBA (Finance) qualification is preferred.

Proven capability to advance into a CFO-level position.
