Finance Controller

Position Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Finance Controller to lead our financial operations and uphold the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. The successful candidate will possess between 7 to 17 years of professional experience in finance and accounting, with demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and industry standards.
• Develop, prepare, and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans.
• Track financial performance by analyzing results, implementing corrective measures, and reducing variances.
• Coordinate the creation of regulatory reports and ensure their submission is timely and accurate.
• Lead the accounting team, offering guidance and support to produce precise and prompt financial statements.
• Establish and enforce financial policies and procedures aimed at optimizing operational efficiency.
• Perform financial analysis and modeling to inform strategic business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• CA, CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations specific to India.
• Proficiency with financial management software and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
• Expertise in advanced Excel functions, including data analysis and financial modeling.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate financial information to various stakeholders.
