Finance & Administration Delivery - Procure to Pay (Japanese Bilingual)

Your Role And Responsibilities

As Senior Process Analyst – Procure to Pay (P2P), you will manage invoice processing, vendor master administration, query resolution, indexing, and invoice reconciliation. This role requires flexibility to work in shifts.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Participate in the creation, modification, verification, and cleansing of the Vendor Master.
• Detect duplicate Vendor Master records and ensure correct maintenance covering invoice receipt, verification, and processing.
• Record invoices based on Purchase Order as well as Non-Purchase Order entries (Un-supported Invoices),
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to obtain coding and approvals, and to resolve issues related to blocked invoices.
• Ensure payment and expense entries are updated without delay in the accounting software, including both manual and automatic payment requests.
• Handle travel and expense claims, process payments, resolve duplicate payments, recover funds, and verify and execute payment proposals.
• Address vendor statement reconciliation queries via calls and emails.
• Follow client SLA (Service Level Agreements) requirements and meet timelines.

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Required Experience:

• Commerce graduate with at least 4-6 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience in invoice and vendor management, including query resolution and invoice reconciliation.
• Demonstrated ability to support payment reporting and reconciliation activities.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP S4 Hana
• Strong Excel skills required
• Strong written and spoken skills in Japanese mandatory
