Executive/Sr. Executive - Procurement

Roles:

• Managing resources of the project and assigning them effectively over the projects.
• Develop and identify methods and plan for best practices and standards.
• Keep a check if the project is executed according to the specifications and standards or not.
• Mentoring, training, and briefing the contractor.
• Carrying out project audits.
• Developing and managing project policies, procedures, templates, and other process.
• Managing the constraints and risks.
• Coordinating communications across the projects.
• Documentation and team management.

Responsibilities

• Quality control
• Timely completion of activities and work planned.
• Planning activities according to the client demand
• Project execution as per the required sequence.
• Managing design and drawing issues.
• Manage resources.

Mandatory skill set

• Candidates should have experience in high rise residential buildings.
• MIVAN/ Aluminum form work experience is a must.
• PMC experience is an added advantage.
• Minimum 15+ years of overall experience in construction.
• At least one full project cycle completion (start to end) as a Project manager role.

Qualifications:

• B.E/B. Tech Civil engineering is must.
