Job Description
Key Responsibility Areas
- Project & Technical Delivery: Own the full lifecycle delivery of software projects, ensuring timely execution, quality standards, effective scope management, and clear alignment with business objectives.
- Technical Leadership: Apply strong knowledge of software development practices, .NET technologies, application architecture, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Agile & Scrum Management: Lead and continuously strengthen Agile/Scrum execution by facilitating ceremonies, improving sprint planning and delivery, and increasing team velocity and predictability.
- Team Leadership & Accountability: Lead cross-functional engineering teams, define clear ownership, remove blockers, and drive teams to achieve committed delivery outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish strong relationships with client stakeholders, share delivery progress, manage expectations, and provide clear visibility into risks and dependencies.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively surface delivery risks, track and manage dependencies, create mitigation plans, and handle escalations effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Leverage delivery metrics, sprint performance, team velocity, and quality indicators to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen execution.
- Engineering Productivity & AI: Identify ways to adopt AI-enabled tools and engineering practices to enhance developer productivity, code quality, testing efficiency, and overall delivery results.
- Quality & Governance: Ensure compliance with engineering standards, delivery governance, release management processes, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong experience in Project Delivery / Technical Delivery Management.
- Good understanding of .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, and Web API.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and end-to-end SDLC.
- Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering software projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience with risk management, dependency tracking, issue resolution, and escalation management.
- Ability to track delivery metrics, improve team performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Exposure to AI-powered development tools and engineering productivity improvements is an advantage.
