- Lead and oversee engineering initiatives from initial concept through final delivery.
- Provide mentorship and hands-on guidance to junior engineers.
- Conduct in-depth analysis, system design, and development for complex engineering solutions.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced technical issues.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment on scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Establish, maintain, and enforce engineering best practices and applicable standards.
- Continuously monitor and apply emerging industry trends and new technologies.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in engineering roles.
