· Experienced in managing the Indiamart portal

· Responsible for email handling and follow-up

· Manage photograph and catalogue updates/changes

· Handle total order processing

· Forward sales orders to the respective team

· Share current prices along with relevant terms and conditions

· Share Proforma Invoices as per customer demand

· Ensure order confirmation/purchase order is acknowledged by the customer

· Plan and schedule call follow-ups with customers

· Follow up on pending orders

· Share all necessary documents such as Invoice,

· Coordinate with the internal team

· Follow up for new orders and update records
