• Guide teams through all phases to exceed client expectations and meet JLL's commercial goals
• Apply deep knowledge of products, systems, tools, and best practices to drive business success
• Establish effective project organizational structures for reporting, communication, and procedures
• Set clear objectives and ensure quality control systems are in place for each project
• Lead highly motivated project teams aligned with stakeholder expectations
• Attend project meetings, submit monthly reports, and monitor project budgets
• Maintain a detailed, structured approach to ensure consistency and high standards
