Responsibilities

• Help prepare ingredients and set up mise en place for a variety of dishes.
• Assist chefs with cooking and plating meals in line with recipes and established standards.
• Ensure the kitchen workspace remains clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines throughout food preparation and storage.
• Study and apply different cooking techniques while working under the direction of experienced chefs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and tools.
• Willingness to learn and follow direction from senior chefs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
