Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset. In this key position, you will use advanced SQL and data visualization capabilities to convert raw data into actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making. A thorough understanding of business operations is required.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & SQL Proficiency: Collect, clean, and analyze datasets to identify trends; translate business needs into data solutions; perform root cause analysis; optimize complex SQL queries; and set up data pipelines and ETL.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, finance, and engineering to translate business needs into analytical solutions, and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Data Visualization & Reporting: Build interactive dashboards (e.g. Looker) and communicate findings through effective visualizations and data storytelling.

Bachelors/Masters in Data Science Statistics Maths Computer Science or related field.

6+ years in Data Analytics.

Advanced SQL and relational database proficiency.

Excellent analytical problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience with large datasets and cloud platforms (GCP AWS Azure) a plus.

Strong experience with data visualization/dashboarding tools (e.g. Looker) is an added advantage.

Experience in Payments Domain is an added advantage.
