## 1. Content Moderation – MRL

**Role:** Content Moderation (Non-Voice)

**Qualifications:**

- Any Graduate

- Open to freshers and experienced applicants

- Candidates with prior experience must have at least 1 year in Content Moderation

**Compensation:**

- Freshers: ₹3.5 – ₹4 LPA

- Experienced: Up to ₹5.5 LPA, depending on previous CTC and experience

**Transportation:** One-way cab service (within a 24 km radius)

**Recruitment Process (ROI):**

HR Interview → Versant Assessment (Non-Voice) → Manager Interview

## 2. International Voice Process – Electro

**Role:** International Voice Process

**Qualifications:**

- Any Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate

- Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

- Strong communication skills are essential

**Compensation:**

- Freshers: ₹5 LPA

- Experienced: ₹5.5 LPA, based on previous CTC and experience

**Location:** Kokapet, Hyderabad

**Work Schedule:** UK Shifts

**Transportation:** One-way cab service (within a 24 km radius)

HR Interview → AMCAT Assessment → Versant Assessment → Voice and Accent Round → Operations Interview

**Role:** Non-Voice

**Qualifications:**

- Freshers only

- Both Graduates and Undergraduates can apply

- Proficient typing skills and basic computer knowledge are required

**Compensation:** ₹3.2 – ₹3.4 LPA (maximum)

**Location:** Kokapet, Hyderabad

**Recruitment Process (ROI):**

HR Interview → AMCAT Assessment → Non-Voice Versant → Typing Test → Aptitude Test → Operations Interview

## 4. Fraud Transaction Process – Voice

**Role:** Fraud Transaction Voice Process

**Qualifications:**

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate

- At least 1 year of experience in Fraud Transaction Processing

**Compensation:** Up to ₹6 LPA, based on previous CTC and experience

**Location:** Hi-Tech City until January, then Kokapet, Hyderabad

**Work Schedule:** Rotational Night Shifts

**Transportation:** One-way cab service (within a 24 km radius)
